M&C Home Depot & Sunbilt Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy

1. General Return Conditions

  •  All returns must be accompanied by the Original Invoice or Proof of Purchase.
  • Returns will not be accepted after 15 days from the date of purchase.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging (where applicable).
  • No return or refund for damaged items. You are to thoroughly check goods before accepting delivery.
  • No cash refunds – refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
  • M&C Home Depot & Sunbilt is not responsible for lost or stolen invoices.

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items (final sale)
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to manufacture defaults

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return item is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

If you have not received your refund after the stated period:

1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
2. Contact your credit card company or bank for processing updates.
3. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at [email protected].

4. Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are deemed to be damaged as a result of manufacturers error.
  • For exchange requests, contact [email protected] or visit your pickup location.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped or prepared for pickup.
  • To request a cancellation, email [email protected] with your Order Number.
  • If your order has already been shipped or prepared, you may follow the return process above once you receive the item.
  • Special orders and custom-made items cannot be cancelled or refunded once processing has started.
